Return & Refund Policy
1. Warranty Scope
This Limited Warranty applies to all Lynac Lithium products purchased after July 2025. It is valid only when products are used under proper and approved operating conditions, as defined in the official product manuals and technical documentation.

2. Product Warranty
Lynac warrants that all products:
• Are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If any product fails to meet this warranty and such failure is confirmed by Lynac’s technical support team, Lynac will either:
• Repair the defective product(s), or
• Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater power rating (if applicable).
If repair or replacement is not feasible, Lynac may offer a discount on the replacement cost, per the coverage schedule below:

3–4 years 30% discount on replacement cost
4–5 years 10% discount on replacement cost
• After 5 years, Lynac is not obligated to provide parts, service, or replacement.
• Products must be properly used, maintained, and monitored per the user manual and data logging requirements (see Section 6).
Warranty Activation
• Buyer must notify Lynac in writing immediately upon identifying a defect.
• The notification must include complete monitoring data as detailed in Section 6.

3. Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover defects or failures resulting from:
• Operation outside specified limits (voltage, temperature, cycles, etc.)
• Misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
• Physical or electrical damage (e.g., lightning, fire, flooding, impact)
• Improper transport, storage, installation, or wiring
• Failure to follow Lynac’s manuals or applicable safety codes
• Use of incompatible devices (e.g., inverters)
• Missing, incomplete, or inaccessible usage/monitoring data

4. Warranty Limitations
• Lynac’s sole liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
• Warranty coverage does not reset upon repair or replacement.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Claims for gifted or secondhand units must be submitted by the original purchaser.
Lynac is not liable for:
• Lost profits or revenue
• Business interruption or downtime
• Labor, installation, or removal costs
• Damage to connected systems or equipment
Maximum liability is limited to the original invoice value of the product.
No implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose) apply unless explicitly stated in writing.
In case of conflict, this Limited Warranty supersedes all other agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Technical Specifications
5.1 Operating Conditions
• Charging: 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F)
• Discharging: –20°C to 60°C (–4°F to 140°F)
• Relative Humidity: 60% ± 25% RH
5.2 Installation Requirements
• Product must not be mounted upside down for extended periods.
• All electrical/safety conditions must comply with Lynac's published specs.
• Refer to the technical specification document for full requirements.

6. Storage Conditions
6.1 Environmental Requirements
• Max Relative Humidity: 85% RH
• Storage Temperature:
o Up to 3 months: ≤ 35°C (95°F)
o Up to 12 months: ≤ 25°C (77°F)
• Avoid direct sunlight and maintain ≥ 2 meters distance from heat sources.
• Product must remain upright during storage.
6.2 State of Charge (SOC) and Maintenance
• Batteries must be recharged every 3 months.
• Prior to use, batteries must be reactivated following standard charge/discharge protocols.

7. Performance Warranty
Lynac guarantees that each battery will retain at least 70% of its rated capacity for two (2) years from the invoice date, provided it operates within the following parameters:
• Charging Temperature: 0°C to 60°C (32°F to 140°F)
• Discharging Temperature: –20°C to 60°C (–4°F to 140°F)
• Testing Temperature for Capacity: 25°C ± 2°C (77°F ± 3.6°F)
This warranty expires upon reaching either the time limit or the rated energy throughput—whichever occurs first.

8. Warranty Claim Requirements
To initiate a warranty claim, the Buyer must submit a written report including:
1. Date of incident
2. Battery installation date (verified by serial number)
3. Description of the issue (before and after symptoms)
4. ON/OFF switch condition
5. Installation environment (indoor/outdoor, ambient temperature)
6. Photos of installation site
7. Product serial number
8. Charge/discharge current
9. Cable specifications and supporting photos
10. LED status indicators
11. Voltage and State of Charge (SOC)
12. Complete battery logs (voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH, etc.)

9. How to Make a Claim
1. Contact Lynac in writing within the warranty period.
2. Include:
o Description of the issue (see Section 8)
o Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Upon review, Lynac will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
• Do not return any product without an RMA number.
• Return the product or authorized components within 15 days of RMA issuance.
• If the claim is valid, Lynac will cover all shipping and provide a replacement or repair at no charge.
• If the claim is invalid, diagnostic, shipping, and service charges will apply.
• Replaced items become the property of Lynac.

10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to this Limited Warranty, or any associated purchase agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the terms of this policy.
